smooth, real easy and laid back. Could use some more of a melodic line. The groove is very nice tho. Keep it up!

Sweet... 5/5

Very subtle mixing. warm feel, relaxing. very easy without getting dull.

Gillenium responds:

Thanks, Cheez. This is one of the few songs I had where I started it with an idea/a goal. For most of my songs, I just start working and let it go wherever...

Love the Wurlitzer loop

Nice production. Keep it up!

SteelMullet responds:

Thanks.

If you would've wrote this piece in a minor key...

...I could have mistaken it for Satie. Please take that as a great compliment.

Turning-Japanese responds:

I definitely do! Thanks for the comparison and the feedback!

Excellent

Creepy, haunted-merry-go-round... well you captured that feel great (nice use of reverb, too).
It's about how i would've described it after listening.

Also, I want to compliment you on your timing, which is absolutely great,

Greetings,

Turning-Japanese responds:

Wow! I don't usually see much appreciation for this song - it's actually one of my favorites, structure-wise.

Thanks for taking the time to notice, and as always thanks for your regular replies!

Nice composition

Great piece of music. I like the choises you make while improvising. Also, the ascending scale at 1:something didn't bother me at all. I think it added some excitement and a welcome break in the composition. Keep it up!

Greetings,
Cheez-R-Us

Turning-Japanese responds:

Thanks man, I'm glad you enjoyed it. To tell the truth, it's not really an improvisation because that's not actually me playing the piano - it's all programmed!

Hits the spot

Works for me! Very well put together, nice progressions and you managed to keep the mix transperent even tho there's a lot going on. You once wrote a review on one of my songs complimenting me on the use of subtle effects... right back at ya!

Greetings,

Turning-Japanese responds:

Hey thanks, cap'n!

Makes me wanna smoke some

I do like the ethnic feel the percussion loops add to your tracks. Also, the bells-like synth makes it all sound very spacious and then the sitar kinda thing adds some edge to it. Nice job.

Suspended-3rd-Chord responds:

glad you like my ethnic percussion loops! I have enjoyed incorporating this style of percussion into my tracks. appreciate your review man, thanks a bunch.

80's Flashback?

Nice Ambient feel. I like the retro sound the lead synth and electrodrums put in it. Excellent for backgrounds in adventures or whatever. Keep it up.

Suspended-3rd-Chord responds:

cheers man, glad you liked it. I made this after playing Vice City Stories(based in the 80s if you haven't played it), so I was kinda going for that type of feel. thanks a lot for the review.
